Assume so. Since it is likely to be an 8 plus meet I'll make sure to have a variety.

For new players, the general plan for eats and drinks is for me to prepare everything the night before (easier than having to deal with lots of random items right at game time) and collect ten bucks for an all day food and drink "pass" of sorts. Since we typically play from 10 to 6 this might be 1, 2+ meals and endless drinks so I think the ten bucks is reasonable.

Typical eats include build-your-own roast beef, ham and turkey sandwiches. We have lots of chips, snacks and dip, cheese cake--you name it (and more healthful alternatives as well.)

I stock around 8 different soft drinks as well as h20 and tea.

And for those that prefer not to eat on site, you can skip the ten bucks and break for an hour or so at a nearby restaurant instead. No biggie either way. I think most folks tend to do the on site as it allows for more gaming per unit time.

Koz,

Bring your kit, especially the US/DE mix if you plan on having folks play test. We'll be more hard pressed for kit this month since the attendance is likely to be 8+.

If you want to streamline things I can knock off your 10 bucks off the $30 I owe you for that Descent quest guide.

If anyone else has a kit to bring feel free. We don't have to use them all but if attendance is high we might actually be able to use 'em.

Descent -> Sounds good. Just spot me a $20 and that will break even.

I'll bring my two tackle boxes with the Yanks , Krauts and utility counters again.

This will be my first time, but I'm planning to come. Right now I'm fairly new to the rules though I am familiar with the ASLSK rules up through SK#3. I'm comfortable playing infantry only full-blown ASL.

Joel,

I'd love to moderate a refresher with Devon and you if that works for you. Is SK1 okay? I have a series of "SK to ASL" steps I've taken people through and I can walk you and Devon through step 1 on Saturday--or you can feel free to "level up" if you like.

Yes, I'm still up for the playtest. Dave, you and Joel can play a scenario or two together, that way everyone is chucking some dice.
